China's first port to implement 24-hour customs clearance, the only 24-hour customs clearance port between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, Huanggang Port, want! weight! build! Now!
On June 27, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government Port Office issued a notice stating that in order to further improve the customs clearance efficiency and optimize the customs clearance environment, the Shenzhen Municipal Government decided to rebuild the Huanggang Port.
The construction period of the Huanggang Port Reconstruction Project is expected to be about three and a half years, 42 months. After completion, it will be another landmark building in Shenzhen. On the 28th, the Shenzhen Municipal Construction Bureau also announced the official launch of the construction project of the temporary inspection site at Huanggang Port.
In the future, after the reconstruction of Huanggang Port, it is planned to be built as a composite railway and railway port. According to the current plan, it will introduce intercity and urban tracks, and negotiate with the Hong Kong side, hoping to introduce the northern part of the Hong Kong side.
This is the statement and assumption of the Shenzhen Port Office for the Huanggang Port. According to the transportation plan of “Dongjin Dongfang, Westward and Westward” in Shenzhen, after the official opening of the Liantang Port, the cargo inspection at Huanggang Port will be gradually diverted to the two ports of Lotus Sugar and Shenzhen Bay, or the cargo inspection will be cancelled.
Some small partners will worry: Will port reconstruction affect the customs clearance of customs inspection and cargo inspection?
Shenzhen Construction Industry Department said: Rebuilding the port can not affect the normal customs clearance of passenger and cargo inspection!
How is it handled?
The solution is to rebuild in three steps:
● The first is to build a temporary travel inspection site
● Then dismantle the old joint inspection building
● Finally, start building a new portThe focus is on meeting the needs of normal customs clearance. The temporary port design clearance capacity is about 30,000 person/day, and passengers and goods operate at the same time. The temporary travel inspection site is expected to be completed for 10 months, and the new port will be constructed synchronously after the temporary port is opened.
